Experience an unforgettable African wildlife adventure on a Big 5 day safari from Durban to Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This full-day safari is ideal for visitors who want to experience an authentic African game drive without having to organise their own transport or accommodation.
Departing from your Durban hotel or guesthouse, you will travel north through the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal countryside to Hluhluwe-iMfolozi, one of Africa’s best-known wildlife reserves and an important stronghold for rhino conservation.
Accompanied by a qualified safari guide, you will spend several hours exploring the reserve in search of Africa’s Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. You may also encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelope, hippos and an impressive variety of birdlife. Sightings depend on wildlife movements and conditions on the day.
The day includes guided game drives, transport from Durban, mineral water, a snack pack and park entrance fees. There is also an opportunity to request an additional open-vehicle game drive, subject to availability and an extra charge.
